How to get the local path of a folder

See the subject, VcsGetFileWorkingPath seems to work for files only, not for folders.

I just found I can get this using VcsGetFolderInfo()

VcsGetFolderInfo() doesn't seem to be documented though, is the documentation lagging behind with the code?
